#22 IAN MOZELESKI
My name is Ian Mozeleski, and I am contacting coaches at schools which I may be interested in attending and in which I could contribute to the success of their program. I am a highly motivated, dedicated Shooting Guard, coupled with strong Point Guard capabilities.
My criteria for these emails are probably just like that of many other athletes, to play for a competitive NAIA Division, California school. I do believe that I have some unique qualities which you may feel would be worth your time to check in to.
This has been a very exciting year for me as I have had the opportunity to play with some of the best basketball players in Southern California. I have also broken several school and valley records during the 2009/2010 basketball season at Vista Murrieta High School.
Below are some of my accomplishments for the 2009/2010 season:
- Second Team All CIF-Southern Section Division 1AA
- First Team All League-Southwestern League
- First Team All Valley-Southwest Riverside County
- Third Team All County-Riverside County
- Vista Murrieta High School High School Hall of Fame
I hold the school records for the following:
- Single game 3 pointers-8
- Single game scoring-35
- Season 3 pointers-100
- Season scoring record-589
- Season Free Throw percentage 2008/2009-97%
I was the MVP of the Palm Springs Tournament last summer, as well as making the All Tournament Teams for the Rowland Heights and Mt. Carmel tournaments.
I was fortunate enough to be chosen to play in several All Star games this year, the Desert Valley Classic, Riverside County vs. San Diego County, Riverside County vs. Los Angeles County and the Riverside County vs. San Bernardino County.
In addition to Basketball, I am also a Right Handed Pitcher currently holding a 1.83 ERA. I was recently named to the All Tournament Team for the Darryl Kyle Tournament held in Norco California, having pitched a no hitter, only the second one in our schools history. I am currently leading the league in wins.
I attended Cornerstone Christian School my freshman year and was named First Team All League for both Basketball and Baseball, transferring to Vista Murrieta for my sophomore through senior years.
